What Stelle is

Stelle is early software that helps you upload, organize, and understand your health records. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not HIPAA-certified. Do not use Stelle as a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.

What we collect

• Account information — such as your email address, used to sign you in and keep your account secure.
• Records you upload — files you choose to add, such as clinic notes, lab exports, PDFs, and images.
• Summaries we generate — timelines, trends, and other outputs created to help you make sense of your records.
• Basic technical data — limited logs needed to run the service reliably and fix problems.

How we use your information

We use your information only to run Stelle for you:

• Keep you signed in and your account secure.
• Store and organize the records you upload.
• Generate timelines, summaries, and other insights from your records.
• Improve reliability and fix bugs in the product.

We do not sell your health records. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.

How we protect your data

Your records belong to you. We design Stelle so your health information stays private to your account:

• Private by default. Only you can access the records and summaries in your account.
• Secure storage. Uploads are kept in encrypted, access-controlled cloud infrastructure — not on public pages or shared with other users.
• Encrypted in transit. Data moves between your browser and our servers over secure connections.
• You stay in control. Delete individual records or your entire account at any time from the app.

AI in Stelle

Stelle uses AI to help organize your records and surface patterns over time — for example, building your timeline or visit brief. Your data is used only to provide these features for you.

We do not use your health records to train AI models, and we do not share your uploads with other users or the public.

How long we keep data

We keep your uploads and summaries until you delete them or delete your account. When you remove a record or close your account, we permanently delete the associated data as part of that action.

Service providers

Like most software companies, we work with trusted third-party providers for things like hosting, authentication, secure storage, and AI-powered features. They process data only on our instructions and only to operate Stelle — not for their own purposes.

Your choices

• You need to accept our privacy terms before uploading records or using analysis features.
• You can delete individual records from your dashboard.
• You can delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes your uploads and summaries.
